Back to the Future!

Hello there!

Have anyone ever watch "Back to the Future". It was a great Sci-fi movie series. Well, I had a little 'back to the future' myself.

After my birthday celebration, I decided to check out how Daddy had his. Guess what! Grandpa and Grandma thought that I was Daddy and picked me up for the celebration instead. No-one could tell the difference! No wonder Daddy never had any impression of the 1 year old birthday that he had. Haha...

Here is the pictures to show. They are a little old because they were taken in the past.

Woah! Look at Grandma with that retro hairdo! See that was me in her arms!

Check it out! a cool Polaroid with Great-grandma! She's still so young. Wish she was the way that she was back then now. *sigh*

Hey that's a cool cake for Daddy! I'm cutting it before Gramps realise it's actually Lucien he's carrying

That's me with the same 6 teeth that I have in my mouth but taken in Daddy's time

That's me at GreatGranpa's old house at the Jurong Brickworks. They wouldn't let me go to my time machine.

Okay. So what do you folks think? The past is a blast? Hehehe.

Alright. I'll let the cat out from the bag. That's not me. It's actually Daddy in there. It does look a lot like me don't it? So I guess that means I'm really the chip off the old block. If history is any good reference, that means I should look not to far off from Daddy.

Prospective mummy-in-laws out there with daughters who think that Daddy seems nice may might as well just do some advance booking. Just press for a queue ticket!

Hahaha...

Alright then. That's all for now. Until next time!

Happy Birthday to ME!

HAPPY 1st BIRTHDAY to ME! . . . . . . . . . and

HAPPY 60th BIRTHDAY to Grandpa!

Ooh....I suppose not many people knew that both my maternal grandpa and me share the same birthday. What a coincidence eh!

My 1st birthday party was held @ home. Close friends and relatives were invited to celebrate this very special occasion. Without a doubt, I had great day today. Great food, great playmates and great fun. For once, mops did not force me to take my usual afternoon nap. I was spared. Whee!

Everything was simple and nice. I could tell both pops and mops spent alot of time and effort organising my little party. Thank you, daddy and mummy! A big *KISS* for both. *HUGS* too!

Hang on! I need to make a birthday wish!

Family picture. Hang on! Not my siblings but little cousins.... haha!

Green with envy?

My family picture. Top row: From left: Uncle Wenhu, Grandpa, Grandma and Aunty Gail.

Before unwrapping the surprises ... .. ...

Thanks everyone for the lovely gifts and angbao!

I LOVE BIRTHDAY!

Wow!!! I've got mail. Surprise...surprise...surprise! Today, I received my first mail. A real mail! One with a Singapore 1st local stamp glued on and a chop that proudly declares 11 Apr 2007, the day it got sorted at the post office. For once, I made my presence felt at ** Eng Kong Terrace.

Guess what? It's my 1st Birthday card from church. Ooh! That's very sweet of them to remember my birthday. Don't you think so?

Cool isn't it? What a show-off eh!

God's surprise!

I love the card and the cutie stickers. Signed, sealed and delivered to Lucien Wan!

Love is all about....

Love is all about spending time with your love ones. Love is about doing little things together with them. It could be like rolling on daddy's bed with him, makes mummy waits inside the toilet while I poo, and let both of them chase after me while I crawl all over the house! Whee!

Love is also about being the "third" party. Hang on .... Please don't get me wrong. Third party because I'm always sitted in "between" mops and pops, sleep in "between" them and not to mention, get squashed in "between" for our "family" hugs.

Well, LOVE is all about being loved by everyone! Hippee!

Love is in the air!

Daddy the Romantic

Hello Everyone,

I'd like to tell everyone a secret. My daddy is a romantic at heart! *hehehe* I meant to do this post earlier but I guess my parents was too busy in the month of Feb (and Mar).

On 14 Feb, Daddy was out at sea. In fact he was out on the 13 Feb. Just as Mama thought that it would be another sad sad Valentine's Day, guess what? Daddy surprised her with a bouquet of RED roses! I thought Daddy was going to get it this time from Mama for wasting $$$ but lo and behold, Mama was happy although Daddy was a "Veggie-head" for getting flowers during that time of the year when it cost sooooo much more.

I think I will never understand women. Ha.

I later found out that this was called 'being romantic'. I guess it means that you need to be a little silly and refrain from applying good sense and logic to be of any good at it. Frankly, I never expected this of daddy.

What's this? Flowers? From who?

Hang on let me check for a card.

There's no card! From daddy who called American Express to send it to you?

Wow!

Okay, you can have it Mama since it's from Daddy

Hmm... I wonder if I will be romantic in the future?

Oh well, that's still a long way to go.

Getting off the Bed...

Ladies and Gentleman,

I'm please to announce that I am officially able to get off the bed. Well, for quite sometime already but just that pops and mops never get to do the post for me. Sigh! Although it is very high, but I have done it. I have done it the hard way once and bumped my head real good on the floor when I thought that I could somersault head first to the ground.

When I was ten months old, I got smart. I realised that I could reach the ground with my feet first.

Curious about how I did it? Haha... Thankfully Daddy caught me on the video so that I can show it to you.

Here's a short one with thanks to the good people at YouTube!.

I Graduated from Bath!

Hello folks,

Today was a great day for me. I finally have my own room. Actually, I already had it when Auntie Gail moved out *sob*, but it wasn't fit for living-in.

So today, Daddy and Mommy performed a "Terraforming" spell on my room. (That's what Daddy 'O calls it) Whoosh~! In a day, my room just suddenly took shape and appeared! Just in time for my birthday bash. (Did everyone receive the invite yet?)

Anyhow, I'll get my lazy daddy and mommy to do a post on my new room soon.

Today, I really want to say that I've graduated from Bath! Please don't be mistaken. Not the university but the BATHtub! Haha...

We went to Auntie Gail's nice new condo for a swimmie! Here are the evidence to show.

Wait Daddy! I'm not ready yet!

Hmm... I can stand?

Daddy trying to style my hair

Check me out! Freestyle away!

Are there any sharks? I'm paddling in the deep end.

Mummy! I'm on top of the slide!

Wait Wait! I'm not ready to go down yet!

Oh gosh. That was a tiring swim. My legs feel like jelly.

Alright folks. That's all for today. Will make my daddy and mummy do more updates soon.

Tata~!
