Genting Adventure

This post was created on the day I returned to Singapore from my Genting holidays. Well, as usual, mops procrastinated and this post is LATE. U know all my fans are complaining. Hrrummp!

Yup! This is my 2nd oversea trip. (Over-the-sea aka 2nd link) Hee hee! My "maiden" trip? Where?? When?? Make a guess.... haha! Please stay tuned then if you wanna know (",) *blink blink*

My Genting holidays was great. For once, I'm not forced to take my usual afternoon nap, and I'm get to go out most of the time. Walk here, walk there, walk everywhere. "YEAH"! Well, I would say the only disappointment was not being able to go to the outdoor theme park cos of bad weather. Then again, the indoor theme park is just as good. Hmm.mm more baby friendly I guess. Tickets were reasonably priced too. It's FREE! Just for me. Hee Hee!

We had great fun. Even my grandpops and -mops enjoyed themselves. Do check out the video and you'll understand what I mean.

Grandma @ the game arcade. Look out for my little "cluck cluck" at ~13 sec. Laughing at grandma.... hee hee!

Lovely pictures for my blog fans

Me taking the choo choo train. I think mops had more fun than me (",)

Tele-Tubbies

Hello Folks,

Don't you just dread one of those days when you wake up and find yourself on a TV show?

Well, Mama and Papa sorta caught me on a hair-raising moment on video one early morning. The scene was almost similar to a well-known TV programme. I also learn that the characters on the programme are incomprehensible. For the part, I did my best imitation as well.

Heehee...

Hope you enjoy the little video.

How do you measure love?

Hello folks,

Today Professor Lucien Wan will expound one this very profound topic.

How do you measure love?

Love is an intangible tangible. It's the expression of emotions and feelings in concrete actions for one person. In the Christian theology, they say God is Love. Jesus on the other hand is the expression of that Love (through his sacrifice on the cross = action).

Love has also many graduations. The Greek language actuallys have 4 different kinds/types of Love. Eros, Philio, Storage, Agape. The range from physical love (as in physical attraction), normative love between friends, provision and all encompassing love of parents to a child and finally the self-sacrificial love of God.

Wah. Cheem... Anyhow, back to measuring it. To me, love is great when the giving is more than the receiving. The bigger the difference between the two, the greater the love. In short, love throw economic sense out of the window.

Here are some examples. A man who loves a house so much that he overpays for it. A man who loves a woman so much that he is willing to forgo an inheritance.

As for me, today was a classical example of Mama and Papa's love for me. Recently, I visited Baby Jianwei's house and was suppose to have a swim in his little pool. Alas, that did not happen and Mops and Pops in their love for me decidedly bought a pool for me as well. The pool was a fantastic one. One of the biggest in the range. It took a full 2 hours to setup with Papa stepping non-stop on the little foot pump and it filled the car porch. Here's how it looks like.

Whee! Check it out! My very own pool at my doorstep.

It's got coloured balls, plastic aquatic life, a big fishing net and a baby submarine!

It's got a rainbow too! Hey, what's this? Bubbles?

Oh! It's Mama blowing bubbles to make it a magic moment for me! How sweet!

With all that effort, I had fun for a full 20 minutes max. I couldn't stay in there for too long because I'd get the sniffles.

Sigh! That's how much Mama and Papa loves me. Ain't I the most blessid baby?

Presenting the Daddy's Day Present!

Alrighty folks,

The moment that all of you have been waiting for. Early this morning, Mama passed me Papa's Daddy day present. I held it with both hands and gave it sheepishly to my beloved Papa.

Papa received the gift with such great delight! Mama on the other hand couldn't resist the photo opportunity.

And the present is ....

Okay, wait a minute there. "My Dad is the perfect catch"? Hmm... I don't remember Papa being a fish so how come Mama is saying that Papa is a perfect catch?

I somehow think that Mama is just using my little present to send some secret message to Papa without me understanding. Sigh!

Can anyone out there enlighten me on this one?

Anyhow Happy Daddy's Day to all the Papa-s out there! Please make sure you love all your little ones as much as how Papa loves me. Heehee...

Just For Dad!

Wow! Time flies. It seemed like yesterday when Mops celebrated Mama's Day. And now, it's Pops' turn.

Fantastic! Another sumptuous meal for ME! Yippy! *Yum Yum*

Oh! Come on, I'm not so shallow. I love Pops. Not the yummy food eh!

My Pops is great. No matter how tired and busy he is, he always find time for me. He sings to me. He plays with me. He loves me! I'm his darling son... haha! To show my appreciations and love for my dear Pops, I've prepared a small gift for him. See.... it's nicely wrapped up. Courtesy of Mops (for everything) .. .. Hee Hee!

If you want to know what it is, please log on to my blog tomorrow.

HAPPY FATHERS' DAY!

My name is Lucien and my best friend is Jian Wei . . . .

Let me do a brief introduction. Jian Wei lives in Dubai (cos his Daddy works there). He is 14.5 months old (3 weeks older than me). He is going to be a big brother this october *Congrats*

Jian Wei is cute, friendly, playful, active and .. ... the list goes on. In just two words, HE ROCKS!

Jian Wei is back in Singapore for a month long vacation. We've met up couple of times and have great fun together. Check out the "BABIES DAY IN" and "BABIES DAY OUT".

In my room.

Let's bounce bounce. Don't you like my bed?

We have lots of fun at the playground. Don't you all agree?

Then again, there's no sand here. Why the spade, Wei?

Three's a Crowd

Two's company and three's a crowd.

Aha! Three's a crowd. Who is the third party? Me? Daddy? or Mummy?

Then again, two's company? Does it means mummy expecting again? Ooh...baby brother /or sister for me? I want a brother please.....

Haha! You got it all wrong. I am the family sweetie pie so I'm definitely not the third party. Neither is mops pregnant. I'm referring to "CHOPSTICKS".

Yes... you heard me right. I just had dinner at Thai Express Marina Square and this is what I found.

Definitely poor quality control from whichever company that manufactured this. Oh no . . this gonna confuse babies like me to think chopstick comes in three and not two. *Shake head*

Any Complaints?

Definitely YES!

I've received many. Just realised that I have many fans who would visit my blog on a daily basis to read my "latest" update. Sad to say, there's only 3 articles last month. That's really pathetic! *Sob Sob*

Pops and mops definitely need to work harder.

Well! Let's continue from where I left off . . . . . . NAVY OPEN HOUSE! Am glad many of you love to see me in the navy uniform. I looked "GREAT" ... haha!

I really enjoyed myself @ the Navy Open House. Let me tell you a secret. It's great to be a baby. One who is well loved and pampered. I was saved from all the waiting, queuing and walking under the hot sun. All thanks to Aunty Gail. She really had it all planned out. Oops! I think I've disclosed enough. *Zip Zip*

Pops and mops, too, had the itinerary all planned. According to pops, the THREE not-to be-missed programs for me at the Navy Open House are:-

(i) Glamour photoshoot

(ii) 30 mins ship ride onboard [FEARLESS] "Pops' ship"

(iii) Visit Singapore Navy Stealth Frigates

Sad to say, I only managed to do TWO out of the THREE mentioned. Hang on! I visited the game booth too and won a prize. A prize for being a cutie pie . . . haha! I won a 300 pcs jigsaw puzzle. Amazing!

Well, the reason for doing so little and having to leave early was because I got rather tired + sleepy after the ship ride. Not to mention, my dear Uncle Dong Kai was complaining about leg pain. Well, with two down, mops decided to call it a day. Even though I only spent half a day at the Open House, it was a great one. Thumbs up to the organisers.

I salute. Oops! Wrong hand.... hee hee!
This is also Mops favourite photo of me in Navy uniform.

I love the breeze. Onboard Fearless.

HAPPY BABY's DAY OUT!

Top Centre: Me and Aunty Gail.

Top Right: Mops, Uncle Dong Kai, Grandpops, God Grandpa, God Grandma and pops.
